Well-established Sun Valley Company looking for an experienced Office Manager for busy season this summer - with the possibility of growing into a full-time salaried position. Our company is fast paced and changes daily. An ideal candidate would have experience in a Production office as a PA, Production Secretary, or Coordinator/Supervisor and be familiar with the unique language and culture of assisting Motion Picture, Television, and TV Commercial productions. However, Production experience is not required to apply. The reality of our company is that we won't have time to carefully and methodically train this new position -- rather we need someone who can quickly adapt, make sound judgment decisions, and even suggest new ways of doing things -- all without perfect information and within a short timeframe. Additionally, at times you will work alone, so we must find someone who can prioritize, stay busy, and be trustworthy. Duties include:
-Organizing/Purchasing all Office Supplies
-Assist w/ Fleet & Facility Management
-Assist with Accounting functions
-Finding new ways to organize office & save money
-Interacting with Clients via telephone and email
-Assisting management with misc. projects
